- Q. What are the tools you use in creating a logo design?
- A. Our designer teams are all proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw. However, we only use Corel Draw in designing a logo for our clients, since Corel Draw is the best tool to use for logo creation.
- Q. What are the file formats you usually send per approved logo design?
- A. Depending on the customer's request but by default we provide EPS, AI, PDF, PSD, and JPG in 300dpi file formats.
- Q. Do you provide vector format files?
- A. Yes we do.
- Q. How fast can you deliver your products?
- A. Provided we have received the booking form you've sent us with all the detailed descriptions of your company, our designer team will immediately create three preliminary designs for you to choose from within a span of 24hrs.Then as soon as the logo designed meets its approval and the payment is settled, we will automatically process the delivery of your approved logo design within 24 hours.
- Q. On copyrights ...do we have the authority to call the approved logo ours?
- A. Yes, you have all the rights and the authority. Yet you will be held responsible for any copyright issues that may possibly occur. You have the liability to investigate any possible copyright infringement. Logofactory on the other hand will not be held accountable in whichever issues that may take place after the delivery has been made.
- Q. What do you mean by Infinite Revisions?
- A. Infinite revisions means, if the logo presented does not meet the preferences of our clients, Logofactory will honor any necessary modifications or corrections that should be made within the process of creating a perfect logo that best suit your business descriptions. However, we do not accept revisions after the final output has been delivered. We also do not accept if our client desires to make full changes upon the initial agreement of the logo design. Nevertheless, this set-up can be arranged through a dialogue with us.

- A. Every approved and paid logo design will be distributed via electronic mail in a .zip or .rar file format.
